As a Platinum Tier Sponsor, you are entitled to all benefits of the Gold Tier, along with the additional benefits outlined below.

Marketing and Promotion

• Your organisation’s logo will be prominently displayed on the conference bag and name tags, carried by all attendees throughout the conference.

• A full-page A5 advertisement of your organisation will be included in the conference program.

• Naming rights to one of our major conference events, including an opportunity to deliver a short presentation about your organisation during the event

Representative Attendance

• A conference Gala Dinner invitation for one representative.

• A dedicated table at the conference Industry Night for your organisation to promote its activities, display, or demonstrate merchandise.

• If you are a membership organisation, exclusive registration fee discounts for your members attending KOALA.

As a Gold Tier Sponsor, you are entitled to all benefits of the Silver Tier, along with the additional benefits outlined below. 

Marketing and Promotion

• A two-slide advertisement of your organisation will be presented at the start of one of the conference sessions.

• Your organisation’s name will be featured in the announcement of, and on the certificate for, a Conference Award (e.g. Best Talk or Best Poster).

• A half-page A5 advertisement will be included in the conference program.

• Your organisation’s banner will be displayed in the conference space throughout the duration of the conference.

Website and Social Media

• A dedicated description of your organisation’s products, services, or research will be included on the official conference website.

Representative Attendance

• An opportunity to deliver a short presentation about your organisation during the industry night, presented either by your representative or a committee member by arrangement.

As a Silver Tier Sponsor, you are entitled to all benefits of the Bronze Tier, along with the additional benefits outlined below.

Marketing and Promotion

• Your organisation’s logo will be prominently displayed on the conference bag, carried by all attendees throughout the conference.

Website and Social Media

• A short description of your organisation’s products, services, or research will be included on the official conference website.

• Your organisation can submit a listing to be featured on the job listings page of the conference program and on the website.

• In the weeks leading to KOALA, a dedicated sponsor post featuring your organisation will be shared across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter).

As a Bronze Tier sponsor, you are entitled to the benefits outlined below.

Marketing and Promotion

• Your organisation’s logo will be displayed in the conference program and on the website, hyperlinked to your organisation’s website.

• Inclusion of pamphlets and promotional materials in the conference bag, distributed to all conference attendees.

Website and Social Media

• In the weeks leading up to KOALA, your organisation will be included in a shared sponsor post alongside other Bronze sponsors across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter).

Representative Attendance

• A table at the conference Industry Night for your organisation to promote its activities, display, or demonstrate merchandise.
